This Partner Program Offer (“Offer”) is a public agreement between TatiClean (“Company,” “we,” “our”) and any individual or business (“Partner,” “you,” “your”) who wishes to participate in our Partner Program. By submitting an application form and/or participating in the program, you agree to the terms below.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Partner Program is to create a mutually beneficial cooperation where Partners can earn commissions or other benefits by referring clients to TatiClean services.

2. Eligibility
• Any individual or legal entity may apply to join the program.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our discretion.
• Partners must provide accurate and truthful information in the application form.

3. Partner Responsibilities
• Promote TatiClean services honestly and ethically.
• Use only approved promotional materials (if provided by us).
• Do not engage in misleading advertising, spam, or activities that may harm the Company’s reputation.

4. Company Responsibilities
• Track referrals through our internal system.
• Provide agreed commission payments for valid referrals.
• Supply Partners with promotional materials and updates about services, if necessary.

5. Commission & Payments
• Partners will receive a commission for each confirmed sale or client referred, according to the program rules.
• Payment methods may include e-Transfer, PayPal, or bank transfer.
• Payments are processed monthly.
• Minimum payout amount $50.

6. Termination
• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
• The Company reserves the right to terminate a Partner immediately in case of fraud, violation of rules, or harm to reputation.

7. Liability
• The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the program.
• Partners act as independent contractors, not employees or agents of the Company.

8. Governing Law

This Offer shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.

By applying to the Partner Program or referring clients, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Offer.
