We typically send a team of two trained and experienced cleaners to ensure efficient and thorough service.

For example, if your cleaning requires four total labour hours, two cleaners will usually complete the job in approximately two hours.

Cleaning charges are based on the total labour hours worked by all cleaners, not simply the time spent at your property.

The number of cleaners may vary depending on the service and scheduling requirements.

No, you don’t need to be home during your cleaning appointment.

Many of our clients prefer to go about their day while our professional team takes care of their homes.

You can arrange access through a door code, lockbox, key, or another agreed-upon method.

Our cleaners will follow your access instructions and ensure the property is properly secured after the cleaning is completed.

For your first appointment, you’re welcome to be present to discuss your priorities and any special instructions.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
• Less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment: A $50 CAD cancellation fee applies.
• Same-day cancellations: You may be charged the full cost of the scheduled cleaning service.
• No access to the property: If our cleaners are unable to access your property or begin cleaning within 30 minutes of arrival, the full scheduled service fee may apply.

Providing advance notice allows us to adjust our team’s schedule and offer available appointments to other clients.
