We offer various cleaning packages, including Regular Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, and other services, which are described in detail on our website.
The cost depends on the size of the property, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, total square footage, and the actual condition of the space.
Additional services (such as appliance cleaning or the use of special equipment) can be selected during the booking process.

2. CAN PRICES CHANGE?

3. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
For scheduled cleanings:

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee
• Same-day cancellations, lockouts, or failure to provide access within 30 minutes of arrival may result in charging the full cost of the scheduled service

We accept the following payment methods:

If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion and describe the issue.

7. HOW DO I PAY FOR MY CLEANING?
Payment is due after the service is completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If the client does not provide payment details for automatic processing, the company reserves the right to issue an invoice, which must be paid by the due date specified on the invoice.

Overdue invoices may be subject to:
• interest charges;
• suspension of future services;
• collection actions

9. WHAT IF SOMETHING IS DAMAGED DURING CLEANING?
We take great care during every cleaning; however, unforeseen situations may occasionally occur.

If damage happens, our staff will document the incident and notify the office.
All claims must be reported within 24 hours.

Please secure or remove fragile or valuable items in advance.
Items marked “DO NOT CLEAN” will not be handled.

10. I HAVE A PET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We love pets.
For safety reasons, we recommend:
• taking your pet for a walk;
• keeping them in a separate room;
• or arranging pet care during the appointment.

That is entirely up to you.

12. HOW DO YOU ACCESS MY PROPERTY?
Clients may provide access via:

Please ensure that access instructions are accurate.
13. DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICES OUTSIDE OF CALGARY?
Yes. We service Calgary and surrounding areas, including Airdrie, Okotoks, Chestermere, and Cochrane.
At this time, no additional travel fees apply.
14. IS TATICLEAN INSURED?
Yes. We carry full liability insurance and conduct background checks on our staff.
15. HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?
The number of cleaners depends on the scope of work:
• smaller jobs — 1 cleaner;
• larger jobs — a team of 2 or more cleaners.
16. DO YOU WORK EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS?
All regular residential cleanings are performed on weekdays.

Exceptions may be made for larger projects, such as post-renovation or move-out cleanings, by prior arrangement.
Evening cleaning is available only for commercial properties, such as office buildings, salons, and other recurring commercial services.
17. WHAT SERVICES DO YOU NOT PROVIDE?
For safety and liability reasons, we DO NOT clean:

• inside china cabinets;
• during or after pest infestations;
• items weighing more than 25 lbs (approx. 11 kg);
• areas requiring unsafe heights;
• human or animal waste or bodily fluids;
• fireplaces or chimneys;
• ironing or clothing folding (unless laundry service is booked);
• delicate chandeliers or fragile high fixtures.
18. ARE CLEANING SUPPLIES INCLUDED?
Yes. Our team arrives fully equipped with professional cleaning supplies.
19. DO YOU SEND THE SAME CLEANER EACH TIME?
We strive to assign the same cleaner or team for recurring services whenever possible.
20. HOW CAN I PROVIDE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS?
Special instructions may be provided during booking or communicated directly to our office.
All special requests must be coordinated with the office, not directly with the cleaners.
21. WHAT IF THE ACTUAL CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY DIFFERS FROM WHAT WAS DESCRIBED?
If the actual condition of the property significantly differs from the information provided and requires more extensive cleaning, we reserve the right to:
